Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund – just email support@christiangift1.com with your order number. After that your item may already be in production, and we can no longer cancel it.

Damaged, faulty or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund – you don't need to send the item back.

Size and change-of-mind returns

Because every item is personalized and made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering – and ask us if you're unsure.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
